Terms of Service
Last updated: March 20, 2026
GMapsBoost offers a fixed-scope Google Maps optimization service for local businesses. The service is positioned as a one-time project rather than a monthly retainer.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information, responding to approval requests, and giving the access needed to carry out the work when required.
The customer is also responsible for ensuring that any information provided does not violate third-party rights or Google's terms of service.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are the verified owner or authorized manager of the Google Business Profile covered by the service. You expressly authorize GMapsBoost to access, review, and modify your Google Business Profile as part of the agreed scope of work. You are responsible for providing the necessary access. GMapsBoost will not make changes without your prior approval.
Nothing should be changed without explicit approval from the customer. The service is designed around a documented approval step rather than unilateral edits.
GMapsBoost does not guarantee any specific ranking position, traffic volume, lead count, or revenue outcome. Search visibility depends on market conditions, competition, Google's algorithms, and factors outside the service scope. Results shown on the GMapsBoost website represent individual outcomes and should not be taken as typical or guaranteed for any particular business or market.
Google Maps and Google Business Profile are products of Google LLC. GMapsBoost is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Google may change its platform, policies, ranking algorithms, or terms of service at any time without notice. GMapsBoost has no control over Google's actions and is not responsible for any changes Google makes to your listing, rankings, or account status, including suspension or removal.
If GMapsBoost determines during its initial review that the listing is not a fit for the service, the order will be refunded in full. Once work has been approved and implemented, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis relative to the agreed scope and listing conditions at the time of order.
You may cancel your order at any time before work has been implemented. If cancellation is requested after approved changes have been applied, refund eligibility is subject to the refund policy above.
All recommendations, strategies, and deliverables produced as part of the service are provided for the customer's use on the listing covered by the order. GMapsBoost retains no ownership of the customer's business profile or listing content. GMapsBoost retains the right to use its own methods, processes, and general expertise developed in the course of providing the service.
The customer agrees to hold GMapsBoost and its operator harmless from claims arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer, violations of Google's terms of service by the customer, or misuse of deliverables outside the agreed scope.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GMapsBoost and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service or from changes in Google's platform, ranking systems, or policies. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, unless both parties agree to alternative resolution.
You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this service.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Placing a new order after changes constitutes acceptance.
